Return and exchange policy
All products purchased in Hong Kong cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. Please refer to our for full policies.
Exchange for defective items
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact Emotiontech Customer Service at (852) 3427 3627 during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. to request for exchange.
If Emotiontech determines that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange your product, please follow the instruction of Emotiontech Customer Service and send back your product with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the product.
